What a transformation on this property! This run down house was in need of a make over.
All the surfaces were scrapped back using the Oldfeilds Linebid Blade and sanded with the Mirka Dustless Sander to remove all loose, flaking paint and old gaps from underneath each weatherboard. Soudal Fill & Paint was used to gap the windows and weatherboards.
Dulux One Step Primer, sealer & undercoat was applied to undercoat this property to ensure all stains were held back.
The walls were coated in Dulux Colorbond Surfmist, Soffits, fascia and windows were coated in Dulux Lexicon Quarter. Gutters and brick work were coated in Colorbond Ironstone. The clients are extremely happy with the outcome of there home. We will be back next year to paint the roof and the side fence to tie it all together.
