This beautiful Garden Suburb property was in desperate need of an interior repaint on all walls and woodwork. Only painted two years ago by another painting company in Newcastle, all gloss enamel coated woodwork had yellowed over this short period. This beautiful Garden Suburb property was in desperate need of some cosmetic touch-ups and re-coating.
All walls and woodwork were sanded to remove all coats of yellowed oil-based enamel.
Two coats of Dulux Precision Maximum Strength Adhesion Primer was applied prior to the additional of Dulux’s Aquanamel Gloss tinted to Lexicon Quarter.
Once completed, all walls were painted with two coats of Dulux Wash & Wear tinted to Lexicon Quarter Low Sheen.
